Kate's August Contest, Apples and Cinnamon!!

What am I celebrating this month? Just the fact that I've got the greatest job in the world! August signifies the waning days of Summer and just around the corner wait those cool, crisp days of Fall. Autumn just happens to be my favorite season. Red and gold leaves on the trees, the farmers harvesting their corn so I can see past it down the road again, LOL, and trips to the orchard for tart, crisp apples that become yummy, melt in your mouth apple pie! To remind us of the glorious tastes and smells of the coming Autumn I'm giving away this pretty, apple embellished, electric simmer pot. To go along with it are two different 'flavors' of cookie melts, Homemade sticky buns and Grandma's Favorite. Smells good enough to eat. Lot's of cinnamon, apple and oatmeal. I'm getting hungry!
